Donna is a user experience, interaction, and visual designer committed to inclusive design. She supports products, projects, and cross-functional teams as a champion for best practices and accessibility. Donna is passionate about design systems, design tools and processes as the means to express inclusive design at scale.
As the Design Lead for the Design Systems in TELUS Digital, she supports the evolution and growth of the organization's design systems. Donna is focused on enabling teams by improving tools and processes through collaboration and communication.
Donna continues to express her passion for design systems as a member of the Design Tokens W3C Community Group, exploring opportunities to standardize design tokens. And she’s also the Content and Social Media Manager for the Design Systems Community, a global community helping to bring people together to share ways of working, successes, and other learnings to encourage best practices in building, scaling and maintaining design systems.
